Day-Wise Itinerary

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our representative and escorted to your hotel. After check-in, take time to relax or explore the lively streets, cultural sites, and local markets of Kathmandu at your own pace. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
After breakfast, set out on a picturesque drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar, passing through rolling hills, rivers, terraced fields, and charming rural settlements. This journey offers beautiful glimpses of Nepal’s countryside as you make your way to the gateway of the trek. Upon arrival, check into your lodge and relax. Overnight stay in Besisahar.
Begin the day with an early morning shared jeep drive from Besisahar to Chame, traveling through dramatic mountain scenery, river gorges, waterfalls, and remote villages. The journey follows the Marsyangdi River and offers stunning views of the surrounding peaks. Upon reaching Chame, the district headquarters of Manang, settle into your lodge and prepare for the trekking adventure ahead. Overnight stay in Chame.
Start your trek from Chame, following the trail through lush pine and rhododendron forests alongside the Marsyangdi River. The path gradually ascends, opening up to impressive mountain scenery and dramatic landscapes. As you approach Upper Pisang, enjoy breathtaking views of Annapurna II and neighboring peaks. Settle into your lodge and relax for the night in Upper Pisang.
Today’s trek leads through stunning high-altitude landscapes, offering panoramic views of the Annapurna range. The trail passes through the picturesque village of Ghyaru, known for its traditional stone houses and mountain vistas. Continue ascending gradually to reach Manang, a charming town with strong Tibetan cultural influences, set beneath towering Himalayan peaks. Overnight stay in Manang.
Today is dedicated to rest and proper acclimatization at Manang. Spend the day exploring the village, visiting local monasteries, or relaxing while enjoying mountain views. For those who wish, an optional hike to Ice Lake (4,600 m) offers excellent acclimatization and breathtaking scenery. Overnight stay in Manang.
Depart from Manang and gradually ascend through alpine meadows and rugged terrain. The trail offers wide views of surrounding peaks as the landscape becomes more barren. This shorter trekking day allows for steady altitude gain and proper acclimatization. Overnight stay at Yak Kharka or Ledar.
Continue ascending through stark, high-altitude terrain as you make your way to Thorong Phedi, the base of the Thorong La Pass. The short but steady climb allows time to rest, hydrate, and prepare for the demanding pass crossing the following day. Overnight stay at Thorong Phedi.
Start before dawn for the most challenging and rewarding day of the trek. A steady ascent leads to the summit of Thorong La Pass, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding Himalayan peaks. After celebrating the achievement, descend through dramatic landscapes to the sacred town of Muktinath. Overnight stay in Muktinath.
Today’s trek descends through rugged trails and scenic valleys, gradually entering the lower Mustang region. Pass traditional villages, cultivated fields, and beautiful apple orchards along the way. Arrive at Marpha, a picturesque village famous for its whitewashed houses, cobbled streets, and locally made apple brandy. Overnight stay in Marpha.
After breakfast, take a local bus from Marpha to Tatopani, enjoying scenic views of rivers, terraced fields, and valleys along the way. Upon arrival, unwind in the famous natural hot springs, perfect for relaxing sore muscles and rejuvenating after the trek. Soak in the warm waters while taking in the serene surroundings. Overnight stay in Tatopani.
Start your trek from Tatopani, ascending through verdant forests, terraced fields, and traditional villages. Enjoy the changing landscapes and occasional glimpses of the surrounding peaks as you make your way to Ghorepani, a charming village renowned for its panoramic mountain views and as the gateway to Poon Hill. Arrive in Ghorepani and relax, soaking in the serene alpine atmosphere. Overnight stay in Ghorepani.
Begin your descent from Ghorepani, trekking through lush rhododendron forests and scenic trails. Pass quaint traditional villages along the way, enjoying glimpses of local life and the surrounding Himalayan scenery. Continue to Tadapani, a tranquil village offering stunning mountain views and a serene environment. Settle in for an overnight stay amidst the peaceful natural surroundings.
Trek through scenic trails from Tadapani to the picturesque village of Ghandruk, famous for its traditional Gurung culture and breathtaking mountain views. After exploring the village, board a sharing jeep for a drive to Pokhara. Upon arrival, unwind by the tranquil lakeside and enjoy the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Pokhara.
Return to Kathmandu from Pokhara either by a scenic tourist bus ride through hills, rivers, and villages (8–9 hours) or opt for a short domestic flight of about 25 minutes. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, check into your hotel and relax after the journey. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, for your onward flight. Say goodbye to Nepal, cherishing the memories of your unforgettable journey. Safe travels!
